Nutrition label "1+7" is available on all applicable prepackaged foods and nutrition claims needs to meet specified conditions from 1 July 2010 onwards. To facilitate consumer understanding of nutrition labelling and to promote its use in making informed food choices, the Centre for Food Safety is organising the following activities. On the other hand, CFS has launched the "Live it , Use it" Nutrition Labelling Promotion Award Scheme to encourage students to work together in promoting nutrition label and building a healthier Hong Kong .
