The CFS has been closely monitoring the incident of possible Salmonella contamination of peanut products in the US . According to information of the manufacturer and the local distributor, the affected products have been exported to Hong Kong . The Gift Box product had been on sale in Mannings during the period of Chinese New Year, while the 3-Piece product was sold in Circle K and Vango convenience stores. T he lots bearing the same UPC Codes were no longer on sale in the local market. The CFS has also alerted the trade and is closely monitoring the situation. |
