2020 Food Safety Talk Series on "Eat Safe! Know Your High-risk Foods"

The Centre for Food Safety is going to hold a series of talks on related topics during the period from October to December 2020. The talks will remind the public and the food trade of “Eat Safe! Know Your High-risk Foods”, thereby sharing with the public, especially susceptible populations, on how to be vigilant about high-risk foods in their daily diet. At the same time, the food trade could be reminded to exert efforts to empower consumers to make informed choices about high-risk foods. The talks will also cover other topics such as "Introduction to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)", "the threats of antimicrobial resistance", "Five Keys to Food Safety" and "Nutrition Label" . The Centre for Food Safety would like to promote the health eating habit and raise awareness on the importance of food safety and healthy diet.  As such, everyone can enjoy food in a safe and healthy way.
