Highlights of International Symposium on Food Safety

The International Symposium on Food Safety

The International Symposium on Food Safety was the first of its kind to be organised in Hong Kong. The objective of the event was to provide a platform for the local, Mainland and overseas food safety experts to share experience, foster partnership and promote collaboration in food safety management and control. Topics of the Symposium centred around the three aspects of risk analysis in food safety control, namely risk assessment, risk management and risk communication.

It is our honour to have a number of distinguished guests and speakers from the Mainland, overseas and local food authorities/institutions to share with us their experience, expertise and insight. We also took this opportunity to conduct the Official Opening Ceremony for the Centre for Food Safety.

Once again, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all guests, speakers and organization for their full support.
