Terms of Reference
To advise the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene on:
- the criteria for the safety assessment of cultured meat and its derived products for human consumption, based on review of the latest scientific evidence;
- the safety of the cultured meat and its derived products for human consumption, based on review of the safety assessment data; and
- the international developments related to the safety assessment of cultured meat and its derived products for human consumption.
