Manufacturer: Jin Zhuan Lifesciences Enterprise Co, Ltd
Place of origin: Taiwan

Batch No.: All batches
Reason For Issuing Alert

The product has been found to contain di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) at 63 ppm. DEHP is a plasticizer and has been found to cause damages to liver, kidney, reproduction and development when given to animals in large doses.
Action Taken by the Centre for Food Safety

Actions taken after the issuance of the previous Food Alert:

ordered the trade be prohibited, from noon June 9, import and supply of the concerned product, and complete the recall within 30 days

Stop selling the concerned product and recall as relevant

Stop consuming the concerned product
