VPH Workshop 2012

The Veterinary Public Health Workshop 2012 was held on the 17th and 18th of December, 2012 at the Hong Kong Central Library. Over 200 participants, including local and mainland government officials as well as professionals of related disciplines, joined the workshop.

The themes for this year's workshop were The Application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Concept for Management of Food Safety from Farm to Fork and Electronic Certification System of Livestock and Food.

It was our honour to have the presence of Dr. Chris Knight, Mr. Alexander Moret, Dr. Boyd Berends, Dr. Duncan Craig, Mr. Du Hong-wei, and Dr. Erik Bosker to share their experience and expertise (respective biographies can be viewed here).
