The Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department will organize "Safe and Smart Ways to Cook" Food Hygiene Seminar 2014 (Public Series) during the period from July to December 2014.

The contents of the talk are designed to promote, to the general public, some tips on how to reduce production of harmful contaminants during the cooking process and how to reduce the risk of natural toxins in foods.
