The Food Safety Day is an annual signature event organised by the Centre for Food Safety (CFS). This year, it will be held on 2 June (Sunday) under the theme of “Empower Consumers to Ensure Food Safety” with a series of activities including exhibition, sharing sessions and game booths to encourage public engagement in food safety issues.

2019 Food Safety Talk Series on“Empower Consumers to Ensure Food Safety”

The CFS is going to hold a series of talks on related topics during the period from July to December 2019. The talks will introduce the possible health hazards posed by some kinds of high-risk food and share tips on how to read nutrition labels and select food safety information, so as to enrich the public/trade's knowledge of food safety.
