  2. Prosecution will be instituted should there be sufficient evidence.

  3. According to Regulation 4A of the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations, Cap. 132W, if any person who sells any prepackaged food not marked and labelled in the manner prescribed in Schedule 3, he shall be guilty of an offence and be liable to a maximum fine of $50,000 and six months' imprisonment upon conviction.

  4. The Centre for Food Safety will inform the trade, continue to follow up on the case and take appropriate action.
