兽医公共卫生工作坊 2012

兽医公共卫生工作坊 2012 已于 2012 年 12 月 17 及 18 日，假香港中央图书馆举行。是次工作坊参加者超过 200 人，包括香港和内地的官员，以及相关范畴的专业人士。

今年工作坊的主题为：如何应用「食物安全重点控制(HACCP)」概念于食物安全管理上—从农场到餐桌；以及牲畜与食物的电子认证系统 。

我们很荣幸邀请到六位嘉宾来港参与是次工作坊，与其他参加者分享他们的经验及专业知识。六位演讲嘉宾分别为 Dr. Chris Knight 、 Mr. Alexander Moret 、 Dr. Boyd Berends 、 Dr. Duncan Craig、杜宏伟先生及 Dr. Erik Bosker (可按此浏览他们的简历) 。
