Pre-Statutory Voluntary Registration for Miscellaneous (Chinese herbs, health food / supplement, mixed dishes and food not covered in previous phases) Importers / Distributors
The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) will launch the miscellaneous (chinese herbs, health food / supplement, mixed dishes and food not covered by previous phases) Importers / Distributors Voluntary Registration Scheme on 1 October 2008.
Miscellaneous (chinese herbs, health food / supplement, mixed dishes and food not covered by previous phases) importers / distributors should complete the application form and return it to the CFS for processing as from 1 October 2008.
