Pre-Statutory Voluntary Registration for
Live Food Animals and Live Poultry Importers / Distributors
The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) will launch the Live Food Animals and Live Poultry Importers / Distributors Voluntary Registration Scheme on 1 September 2007.
Live food animals and live poultry importers / distributors should complete the application form and return it to the CFS for processing as from 1 September 2007.

The Government has launched the e-Form project to provide the public with greater convenience to make electronic submissions to the Government.
