Seminar on Microbiological Guidelines for Ready-to-eat Food

After review of the Microbiological Guidelines for Ready-to-eat Food(the Guidelines), a seminar was conducted on 28 May 2007(Monday) at Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong in order to promulgate the Guidelines to food trade and to facilitate better understanding on microbiological safety of food and the Guidelines.
