Junior Chefs’ Culinary Ideas of Salt and Sugar Reduction Competition
List of Awardees

Junior Chefs’ Culinary Ideas of Salt and Sugar Reduction Competition (the Competition) is co-organised by the Centre for Food Safety and the Education Bureau, in collaboration with the Committee on Salt and Sugar Reduction in Food, the Chinese Culinary Institute and the Committee on Home-School Co-operation. The Competition aims to (1) explore practical ideas of preparing food with reduced salt and sugar without losing flavour and (2) encourage the application of food safety tips when preparing food, so as to promote healthy eating and habits of applying food safety practices.

The Competition comprises of senior primary category and junior secondary category. In addition to champion and two runners-up, a Most Liked Award was also be selected in each category. Please refer to the list of awardees below:
