First held in 2002, the Veterinary Public Health (VPH) Workshop has been an annual event whereby speakers ranging from academics and government officials from all over the world have been invited to Hong Kong. The Workshop is a platform to raise awareness of the latest development of scientific knowledge in the field of veterinary public health and food safety. This year, we have the honour of having guest speakers from United Kingdom and the United States to share their expertise and insight on Foodborne Listeriosis and Norovirus Infection.
