2018 Food Safety Talk Series on "Adopt Food Safety System - HACCP" (Trade Series)

The Centre for Food Safety is going to hold a series of talks on related topics during the period from July to December 2018. The talks will introduce the concept of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and Five Keys to Food Safety so as to enrich the public/ trade with food safety knowledge.

The talks will also cover other topics such as reduction of salt and sugar in food, nutrition label and health risk caused by the intake of trans-fatty acids.  The Centre for Food Safety would like to promote the health eating habit and raise awareness on the importance of food safety and healthy diet.  As such, everyone can enjoy food in a safe and healthy way.

The talks will be conducted in Cantonese. Participants will be awarded a “Certificate of Attendance” and a souvenir. Details of the talks are listed as follows:
