Purposes

To discuss the principles and issues surrounding scientific substantiation of nutrition and health claims from consumer, trade and regulatory perspectives.

- To discuss the application of theories and practices related to evidence-based practice on scientific evaluation of nutrition and health claims.

Regulatory officials, members of the food trade, public health professionals, academics, nutritionists and consumers.
