What if I have leftovers?
- Wash
hands before and after handling leftovers.
- Use clean utensils for storing leftovers.
- For quick cooling, divide leftovers into small units and store in
shallow containers.
- Reheat leftovers before consumption thoroughly to a core temperature
of at least 75¢J. Bring soups, sauces and gravies
to boil.
