The Centre has a rich collection of resource materials with local and international flavours on food safety for the reference of the public.

Consisting of an exhibition hall, public and trade corners as well as a multi-purpose room, the Centre features:

• a large projection TV for pleasure viewing of short and interesting food safety and educational videos;
• computer terminals for free public access to the internet; and
• corners for comfortable access to health promotion resource materials; loan services of videos, video compact disks and exhibition boards is available to the public.
